Work at Personal Computer

You spend more time in front of the computer?
To minimize the risk of physical problems, try the following ways:
  1. Find a comfortable seated position. A comfortable sitting position could at least help you avoid back pain. Do not sit on chairs that are too high or too low
  2. Position your monitor correctly. Ideally located within the monitor eye and the right perspective so that the head is not too skewed up or too down.
  3. Set also the direction of the light coming, do not be too bright or too dim to the eye is not tired.
